Making your own set for fun or stress relief can be done with just a few inexpensive supplies.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eJust handling them and rolling the beads through your fingers can help especially if you are feeling nervous or anxious. \u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eThe beads feel nice and make a pleasant clicking sound as the hit each other. \u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWe have described 2 different ways on how to use your worry beads below though there are many others: \u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cu\u003e1. The Counting Method\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eI call this the counting method as you move through each bead you can count them.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHold your worry beads so they are lying between your thumb and index finger.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eThe shield bead should be in your palm and the other beads lying across the back of your fingers.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3 class=\"ImageBlock ImageBlockCenter\"\u003e\n\u003cu\u003e2.
